Military Surplus Nature

All tires and equipment sold are military surplus items. These products:

• Are previously used by military/government agencies
• Vary in condition from 50%-100% tread remaining
• Are sold in "as-is" condition
• May show signs of normal wear and use

Condition Grading

We provide tread percentage estimates as a general guide. Actual condition may vary slightly from listed percentages.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices listed on our website are per tire/item unless otherwise specified
• Shipping costs are NOT included in listed prices
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Payment is required in full before shipping or pickup

• 20% restocking fee applies to all returns
• Returns must be requested within 5 days of receiving the item
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Customer responsible for return shipping costs and any damage during return
• Items must be returned in original condition
• No returns on custom orders or special requests
